REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Customers have 7 calendar days to exchange an item from the date that it was received on shipping. Your item must be in the original packaging and unworn. If there are any damages or signs of wear and tear the exchange will not be accepted.
Please contact jewels@thamorgroup.com or give us a call at 905-290-8318 with your order number and information about your exchange.
There are no refunds on any jewellery purchased and earrings and nose rings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene purposes.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. You will then receive notification of the shipment with your tracking number.
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been shipped they may not be canceled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Thamor Jewels will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
